Can I modify or cancel my booking?

For any cancellations, extensions, or renewals of your rental contract with SYD LONG TERM CAR RENTAL, please make sure to notify us via email at [email protected].

 Failure to do so may result in certain costs being charged or subtracted from your holding deposit as follows:

  • 1-7 days: 100% of deposit
  • 8-28 days: 50% of deposit
  • 30 or more days: Full refund of deposit

WHEN DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE VEHICLE?

Return your rental vehicle to SYD LONG TERM CAR RENTAL by the date/time on your rental agreement. The rental period ends when you return the vehicle, keys, and registration documents. Rental period is 24-hour increments from pick-up and non-divisible. SYD LONG TERM CAR RENTAL allows a 29-minute tolerance at the end of the rental. Contact us if you have any questions.

How can I pay for my rental?

Absolutely! At SYD LONG TERM CAR RENTAL, you have the flexibility to choose how to pay for your rental, whether it be through credit or debit card, bank transfer, or cash. However, please note that if you opt to pay with cash, you’ll need to bring your bank card with the same name as your ID or driver’s license. Our payment options are secure and convenient, and we’re here to help if you have any questions or concerns.

DO I NEED AN INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENCE?

When picking up your rental vehicle from SYD LONG TERM CAR RENTAL, it’s important to have a valid driving license. You’ll need to present it at the counter, and it must be written in Latin characters (either a European or international driving license or a translation).
